Editing and Chapter Points
I never thought it would be so simple. My kids have played soccer for many years and I video taped each of their games and practices over those many years. When it came time to edit the 8mm video tapes I was overwhelmed. When I called and talked to your customer service rep he made it sound easy to take the tapes and separate each of my kids into their own DVDs. The real surprise for me was when I got the DVD's back and you included a bonus DVD. The highlights of each of them on one DVD and chaptered menu to select which kid and which highlight makes using the DVD easy and brilliant. You made me look like a hero to the family and the quality is excellent.
