Example of a prepared shipment of slides, negatives, and music. Bundle your slides by the event -- or in groups of 20 to 25 for a slideshow. Identify each bundle with the event name and any relevant information necessary. i.e, Yosemite, 2001 Vacation, or Yosemite 2001 Vacation, group 1, music cd 1 track 4, etc. Click on the images below for a larger image example.
When you have your slides, pictures, negatives, music, etc. ready please be sure to ship them in a safe/sturdy container. You might want to have them insured as well. Staples and Office Max have shipping containers and protective materials available. You can also find good shipping boxes and materials at the Post Office.
