Vacation Keepsakes
We had always taken the handycam with us on vacations and family gatherings. Then we put the 8mm tape cassettes into the drawer or closet shelf and never looked at them again. It was too much of a burden to hook up the camera to the TV and watch the tape recordings. We always talked about doing it but never had the time or ambition to do it. I sent you 32 8mm video tapes and asked you to do the mundane chore of categorizing and grouping vacations and family picnics by year. I was shocked at how soon I was contacted and told the DVDs were on the way to me. I thought it would take a month or more to convert 8mm tape to DVD in those numbers. When the package arrived and we sat around watching, laughing, reliving the memories and everyone kept saying things about the quality and professionalism of the DVDs. My thanks to you and your service. Many more tapes are on the way to you and I’m anxious to video tape more in the future.
